• Dogs must be free of ticks, fleas, and other parasites. Any infestation resulting from your pets will incur fumigation costs, which will be charged to you.
• If there are other cottages on the property, dogs must be leashed around other cottages, guests, and staff, and kept under control at all times.
• Consideration must be given to resident animals such as dogs, cats, horses, farm animals, and wildlife.
• Owners are fully responsible for their pets and must cover any damages caused by their pets before departure.
• Please be considerate pet owners: clean up after your pets and keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests on the property.
