Upstairs, the house has one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a second bedroom with 2 double beds.  The two upstairs bedrooms have full bathrooms.  One bedroom has a fireplace and a wooden deck, and the other bedroom has a large shower and corner bath.  The downstairs bedroom has 2 x three-quarter beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Downstairs features a large open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen area, a separate scullery, and a guest toilet.  The lounge area has underfloor heating.  A large double-sided fireplace separates the dining room/kitchen and the lounge.  There is a gas stove and oven in the dining room, two TV’s, full DSTV, two patios, one with a built-in braai and a gas braai.

Service by Tryphina must be prearranged. Please advise our offices. Catch and release fishing is available Suikerboschkopdam and the Municipal Dam.  4 permits are available and are included in the rate.

Behaved dogs welcome at basic dog fee. We do ask that the dogs do not bother our other guests, bring their own beds & bedding and refrain from using our beds & furniture – we have to consider the next guest who might be allergic. They are also not allowed to roam freely around the estate.
