Kliphuisjes is situated in a quiet area of town and boasts six cottages on the property. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops. A gorgeous country style garden hosts all units which are nestled between huge old Blue Gum trees. All units are self-catering and offers barbecue facilities and free private parking available on site. Each unit has a kitchen or kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area with a fireplace. All units have a patio equipped with undercover braai facilities. Each unit has a private bathroom, and bathrobes and free toiletries are provided. The showers are equipped with gas-operated geysers.

Klip-Cottage

Klip-Cottage is a self – contained two bedroom family unit, which can sleep 4 to 6 guests. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom (shower), cloak room and electronic safe. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom (oval bath) and cloakroom.

Optional: 2 single camp beds can be added for children. There is a fully equipped self-catering kitchen. The unit is 156 sqm in total. Off-street parking is provided. All the units have Satellite Tv, Dvd, radio/Cd player and a cozy fireplace in the open plan lounge-dining room area. Additional luxuries include: washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge, microwave, wooden floors. Fully fenced garden including alarm system with armed response. This venue is fully serviced every day except Sundays and Public holidays.

The Cabin Cottage

The Cabin Cottage is a luxury self-catering cabin which is beautifully decorated with modern finishes. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a gas braai on the balcony overlooking a pond stocked with bass. There are two luxurious ensuite bedrooms – one with a bath, the other with a beautiful big shower, both rooms have king size beds with 500 thread-count linen. Off-street parking is provided. It also offers Satellite Tv, Dvd, radio/Cd player and a cozy fireplace in the open plan lounge-dining room area. Fully fenced garden including alarm system with armed response. This venue is fully serviced every day except Sundays and Public holidays.

Valentine Klip-Suite

Valentine Klip-Suite is a luxury room only cabin that sleeps 2 guests. The unit is 52sqm in total. It is a romantic corner unit which is decorated in rich stylish wood decor. There is a beautiful king-size, four-poster bed and a fireplace. The suite is completed with a cozy seating area and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Percale linen, down duvets, towels and bathrobes are added for your comfort. There is a bar fridge, microwave, basic kitchen utensils and own portable braai on stoep. No kitchen – kitchenette area only! The rooms also has satellite TV, radio and a CD player. For added security there is parking at the unit, an alarm system and armed response. Spanish Lady

Spanish Lady is a new addition to the Kliphuisjes family. Please note that this is a luxury room only, overlooking the large bass-filled pond on the property. The unit sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The unit has luxury and modern finishes. It is ideal for guests who would like to stay for a night or two. Guests can sit and relax on the veranda enjoying the view after and have a good night’s sleep in a warm comfortable bed refreshed to continue their journey.

Getaway Klip-Suite

Getaway Klip-Suite is a stylishly decorated corner unit that sleeps 2 guests. The unit is 52 sqm in total.
The double bed has direct views of the fireplace and seating area. The unit has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Percale linen, down duvets, towels and bathrobes are added for your comfort. There is a bar fridge, microwave, basic kitchen utensils and own portable braai on stoep. No kitchen – kitchenette area only! The rooms also has satellite TV, radio and a CD player. For added security there is parking at the unit, an alarm system and armed response. A cleaning service is included. Off-street parking is provided. Pet friendly tip: Only small (lap-dog) pet/s will be considered. This suite has no fenced in area to leave pet/s unattended (premises fenced in). Pets must be accompanied by owner at all times.
