This 168ha Trout Farm boasting 4 substantial dams and 2 weirs, is situated close to Dullstroom (15km on R540 to Lydenburg) in a lovely secluded valley, offering total privacy. Paved road right to self-catering guest house, so ideal for low clearance vehicles.

Enjoy a luxury house with 3 en-suite bedrooms. 2 x ¾ beds with pull-out sleeper couch, King size bed with pull-out sleeper couch and one with 2 single beds. Sleeping occupancy: 6 Adults and 4 children with an extra single bed in the Bar-area suitable for an extra person. 2 x indoor fireplaces with “free” wood to start you off and more available at a nominal fee. DSTV in main lounge, but trust us, you’ll appreciate better views over the dams and valley from the gorgeous patio area. Fully and well equipped kitchen offering gas/electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Free-standing barrel gas braai and wood braai facility outside.

Mountain Biking and Hiking

While the development of trails on the property is being explored, there are existing dirt roads and tracks that allow mountain bikers to explore every acre of the property. There are also a number of existing trails in and around the Dullstroom area.

If mountain biking is not an option, these same dirt roads and tracks can be used by those keen on hiking.
During your hike, you may encounter a variety of wildlife and plant life.

Leopard, Brown Hyena, Mountain Reedbuck, Waterbuck, Oribi, Baboon, Serval, Caracal, Duiker and Porcupine have all been spotted on the property.
