Amberley Mountain Reserve is one of Dullstroom’s unique gems. The reserve compromises approximately 900 hectares of spectacular beauty with game roaming freely.
The lodge is a self catering house that can accommodate 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, of which 4 are en-suite. This luxury villa is secluded and private, about 7km outside of Dullstroom, but easily accessible via a concrete road that winds through the beautiful escarpment on the reserve. Expect magnificent views, with a luxurious entertainment area, lounge with a TV and fire place, and extensive dining room, bar, large kitchen as well as a second TV lounge. There is also a swimming pool.
The lodge housekeeper and her husband, who also works on the farm, stay onsite in our dedicated staff accommodation which is fully serviced during your stay.
Fishing is available in the 6 dams and 1 weir on the farm. The number of rods is limited to 4 per dam at any one time and each fisherman can only keep 2 trout per day. Cellphone reception is good but internet modem connection can be poor.
