Outcrop Country House is a modern, eco-friendly self-catering house in the prestigious Walkersons Estate 10km out of Dullstroom. The house was designed and positioned so that each window in the house frames every view in the best possible way, uniquely situated to enjoy all that Walkersons Country Estate has to offer whilst ensuring privacy and access to an exclusive wide-open space.

The house has 3 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom in the East wing has a walk-in cupboard, open plan bathroom with a bath and shower and a king size bed with extra length. On the other side of the house in the West wing is another 2 bedrooms, the first with two single beds with extra length and the second with a king size bed with extra length. Both bathrooms have a shower and spectacular views over the estate. A shaving and electric toothbrush socket is provided in all bathrooms as well as a hairdryer and towels. Outcrop uses only organic, non-toxic shampoo, conditioner and body wash so as not to pollute the natural streams on the estate, please do not take or remove the provided bottles.

The open plan living area consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area for 8 guests and a lounge with sliding doors that opens onto the grass patio.  There is a fireplace and underfloor heating for the colder Dullstroom days as well as air conditioning for the summer. The underfloor heating is controlled based on the weather; therefore, the thermostats are locked and cannot be adjusted. In the kitchen there is a central workstation with a gas hob, electric stove, microwave and fridge, in the scullery is there a dishwasher and pantry. All the necessary cooking and dining crockery, cutlery and appliances are provided. There is two spacious couches and two armchairs looking out over the stunning views and a flat screen television (guests will need to sign into their own streaming service such as Netflix).

A Weber is supplied for braaing which is only allowed in the back courtyard that leads off from the bootroom for fire hazard / safety reasons. The double garage has a wood stockpile for use and a tumble dryer, please keep the garage closed at all time, there is a connecting door leading directly into the house.

There is a bootroom as you walk into the house where you can exchange your outside shoes for inside shoes, it would be greatly appreciated if guests do this to limit mud being carried into the house.
