Trout House is ideally located next to the trout dams with lawns down to the water.  The luxurious and private double story house sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms, all with under carpet heating. These rooms are en-suite, one with a queen bed, one with twin beds and one with 3 singles. Children are welcome in Trout House. (An extra mattress and bedding can be arranged at a slight additional cost.)  The two downstairs bathrooms (shower only) have
wheel-chair access.  The elegant lounge has slate flooring, dining area for 6 – 8 people and a fireplace. (Firewood is available to purchase).

The well-appointed open plan kitchen has granite tops, oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.  All crockery and cutlery is supplied.  Hotel amenities (soaps etc.) are supplied.  The adjacent thatched boma with a bonfire pit and braai area is a great spot for outdoor meals, seating up to 10 people.

Fishing is from 2 dams and 3 kilometers of river, all well-stocked. There is no charge for catch and release but fish that are taken are charged for per kg – please enquire with either Dullstroom Accommodation, or on the farm itself as to current rates.
Rod hire per week-end is also available, as well as tuition from a local guide on a gratuity basis  charged per hour.
