Luxury accommodationDullstroom offers a wide range of elegant and up market hotels. Choose where to stay: in the picturesque village or beyond. Highlands mountains, misty lakes, trout dams and streams are on the cards. Fresh air, fly-fishing, fine food and log fires are guaranteed ingredients of any stay in Dullstroom and surrounds. Self-catering accommodationPicture it all: Breathtaking walks on a misty morning, cycling, riding on horse-back or whiling away the hours next to a romantic fireplace. Or take out the fishing gear and head for the trout waters. Make your pick. It's about the ultimate in being and relaxing. No dream - a reality within easy reach. Family accommodation, allows for privacy and the spaciousness of a holiday home. Self-catering establishments meet required standards and come in three categories:
Discounts are offered for midweek or longer stays. All cottages are fully equipped with kitchens, linen and towels, a fireplace and a braai. Some cottages are accessible by wheelchair and some are dog-friendly at a minimal extra charge. Town accommodationThis option has the advantage of a selection of eateries and shops within walking distance. Activities could also be arranged from the info office.
The ideal option for weddings or corporate groups at reasonable prices: We can house up to 200 people in separate establishments, all within walking distance of facilities. The town has two elegant churches and a selection of halls for catering purposes. Farm accommodationWe have a wide selection of cottages on trout farms in the Dullstroom, Tonteldoos and Meander areas. All cottages are fully equipped and have access to trout dams - a select few offer stream and dam fishing. Farm cottages - in family, elegant and luxury categories - sleep anything from 2 - 10 people. On some farms, a combination of cottages could put up groups ranging from 12 to 26. Conference accommodation and venuesThe Highlands Meander area offers excellent conference facilities only 2 - 3 hours' drive from Gauteng. Be it for a private Indaba, a wedding or corporate break-away, we could package a deal to suit your budget and needs. Group sizes may vary from 10 to 150 with accommodation ranging from ultimate luxury and elegance to farm stays with an informal country feel.
